Homelessness and poverty is a problem for many children in San Francisco. In 2024 you can help them through your financial support and by volunteering.

Since 2015, UASF has provided

  • 40,000 bags of clothing

  • 49,000 hot meals

  • 4 tons of groceries & 50,000 water bottles

  • Educational support for 8,000 children

  • Joy for 6,000 children through a personal holiday gift

All this was accomplished by hundreds of volunteers including youths who donated over 50,000 hours!

IN 2024

IN SAN FRANCISCO,

Urban Angels SF is committed to supporting the education of unhoused children and children from families that live at or below the poverty line.

For the upcoming year, UASF will address areas improving the educational environment, in school & at home for these children in need.

  • School supplies & backpacks

  • Reading programs

  • Getting out in nature

  • Summer Camps

  • Parenting Classes

  • Supporting families with essential supplies

Experts agree that education is the key and most effective way to lift these children up to better, safer and happier lives.

This can lead to a cycle of poverty, where individuals and families struggle to make ends meet and are unable to improve their standard of living.”

In 2023, Urban Angels SF had its biggest impact since its inception in 2015 for underserved men, women & children. 

In 2023 UASF provided

  • 10,000 bags of clothing

  • 2 tons of food

  • Over 400 blankets, sheets & towels

  • Over 1,000 hygiene kits

  • Hundreds of baby items like strollers & 1,000 diapers 

  • Donated dozens of beds, furniture & appliances

  • 6,000 plates and bowls to over 400 families

  • Saved a family from eviction

  • Brought joy to over 3,000 children during the year with toys, books and presents.
